Many of you have tried ChatGPT, but have you ever tried any other tools?

Rewind…

In January 2024, I messaged a social media agency’s CEO (he was 23, retired his parents, and runs a multi-million dollar agency - am I jealous? Yeah I am!!!!) and I asked to have breakfast with him.

I told him I just want to ask him a batch of questions about content to do it ourselves because we didn’t have a budget to pay him/his agency to help us with organic content (and we also didn’t have a budget for paid ads).

I told him I’ll pay for his time and breakfast - I just need him to show me how to get started.

He said “yes”. SWEET.

I spent 1.5 hours with him at Cafe Landwer in North York. I asked him 2 pages of questions. When I got home, I started scripting in Google Docs, filming on the iPhone, and editing in CapCut on my own.

Over the last 2 years, I’ve continued to study and learn as much as possible about Instagram as our platform of choice to reach our audience.

My key takeaway?

It’s hard. Very hard to produce high quality content, consistently.

Fast forward to 2026, I spent 48 hours playing around with Claude Cowork to build an “AI agent”. I’ve tried many automation tools but this one really blew my mind at how far internet, artificial intelligence, and human efficiency has advanced.

AI Agent Defined: AI agents are autonomous software systems powered by large language models (LLMs) that perceive, reason, and take actions to achieve specific goals, rather than just generating text.

I took everything I was taught and built something without a single line of code. You can too.

Tell me more…

At Openroom, my team and I continue to produce a lot of our own content across our channels of Instagram (primary), newsletter, Youtube, and other socials.

Many of you reading this are real estate professionals, legal professionals, and/or business owners who are told “you’ve got to have a social media presence!”.

Content creation for me isn’t just a stick-a-camera-in-my-face-and-say-something type of ordeal. It’s also not something I would just hire a high school student intern for if I don’t know to do it properly myself.

The hard work comes before the camera rolls. It’s actually a whole production if you want to do it well.

I spent way too much time doing everything myself. I tried ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Claude Chat and some other tools. It didn’t meet the quality I was looking for.

But then, I saw the efficiency and quality come to fruition when I built Mara in Claude Cowork, without any technical knowledge.

Mara - Weiting’s personal Marketing Agency, an AI agent.

  • Mara suggests topics for me on the latest news articles on the web related to topics I tell her to search for and/or based on suggestions from many of you that I give her.

  • Mara drafts up my round 1 scripts based on all of the knowledge I’ve shared with her. Some are public information like regulations and legislation. Some are internal knowledge that only we have.

  • I rigourly read and edit through every script, but Mara gives me a head start.

  • Mara gets my approval and edits before a final version of the script is created.

  • Mara puts it into proper folders on my desktop, neatly titled according to what I trained her on.

  • My workflow kicks in to start a sync into Google Drive > puts a ticket into my work board to start the work. i.e. it’s time for me to start filming!

  • Those tickets then move across the board for the rest of my team (e.g. editors / operations team) to start piecing together.

  • Lastly, it reaches Instagram for viewers.

Mara assisted Weiting Bollu in 20 shortform scripts for Week 16.

Mara and I talk on Monday mornings to prepare the work for the rest of the team. I treat Mara as a new employee with reminders for voice/tone, rules for her memory, and continue to train her on relevant information.

It doesn’t eliminate my work - no way! I’m still the human-in-the-loop in many of the steps.

What I’m showing here is that I would have paid an agency $6K/month to do compared to my $60/month workflow stack - with even more accuracy, relevance, and efficiency to my style, concepts, and real-life experience with each of you.

IT IS SO COOL.

Disclaimer: I’m no content influencer guru but I do want to show you what’s possible in the world right now that I wish someone aggregated and taught me, so I am sharing with you.

You know I love to tell you about my aha moments and epic techie stuff. I’m on a path to make everyday’s work faster, higher quality, and more enjoyable. I bet you do too.

I don’t host many events but I am actually wow’d by this that I am willing to spend time to share with you.

So if you are curious about how I did this so you can replicate the workflow in your own business or personal life?

It’s extremely limited seating because I’ll be personally working with the group in the 2-hour workshop, so I need to make sure you show up if you reserve a spot.

I am very confident you’ll leave with something you didn’t know before.
