There are representatives, but the legal representatives that can actually do it well is RARE. Make sure you pick the right one.坚持使用与要求租客搬出时相同的理由/借口。不要这周说“房租太低”,下周又说“我儿子想搬进来上学”。 Stick to the same reason/excuse you are requesting the tenant to move out. Don’t start with “rent is too low” this week, next week “my son wants to move in to go to school”.

If you say a reason like your son wants to move in, make sure you have a son. Otherwise, no one will take you seriously.
